Summertime, oh summertime. Spring will soon be a distant memory, planting, rain, oh the rain, seemed like it would never stop but better than the drought of 2012. Weddings, picnics, class reunions. Coming, going. The cycle of life.
Filled the pond, (neighbors are happy). Planted a fairy garden, added some miniatures, a couple on horses, added some solar lights, old aquarium statues, pincushion plants, gladiolus, mini daisies, pink. Even pretty at night.
We harvested beets today, not bad for the first time but I like turnips. Hope the tomatoes come on before the frost, they are still kind of small. Okra, peppers, potatoes, can't wait til harvest time.
We'll be busy.
Not much else, keeping busy.
